Request Data Deletion

You can ask FriskyCatStudio to delete your FrisQuiz account and associated information. Deletion is handled manually so we can verify the request and remove the correct account.

How to request deletion

1. Email friskycatstudio@gmail.com using the email address associated with your FrisQuiz account, with the subject “FrisQuiz account and data deletion.”
2. Tell us that you want your account deleted. Include your account email and, if available, your Firebase user ID. Never send your password, verification code, or access token.
3. We may ask for reasonable confirmation that you control the account before deleting it.

What deletion covers

After verifying a request, we will manually remove the FrisQuiz authentication account and associated profile, quizzes, favorites, and game activity that we can identify as belonging to that account. Removing a quiz also removes it from FrisQuiz’s discoverable quiz content. Information in messages previously sent through the contact form is held separately; mention those messages if you want us to review them for deletion too.

Timing

We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, where applicable, and will contact you if we need more information or cannot complete the request in that timeframe. Some information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate security and recordkeeping purposes.
